lala is the name on my casting profile, on my official sag membership, in my email ?? like WHO found my deadname and listed me that way? it just feels so invasive and disgusting. there is no type of framework to even report that and request that it doesn’t happen again, either. ugh.

it's OCD awareness week! 💙

there are a lot of misconceptions around OCD, but in reality, it's a debilitating mh disorder where you get stuck in unwanted, intrusive thoughts & repetitive behaviors or thoughts to make the obsessions go away. this cycle is time consuming and distressing.
