sorry to say i wont be live today! my joint pain, GI issues and teeth are all cranky today and frankly thats just too many things to deal with live & try to be entertaining thank you for understanding!

ill try to go live tomorrow if i can! i do have a blood draw in the morning though so it depends on how i feel after. if i do go live tomorrow itll probably be a lil later than normal time!

Masking in public spaces is the *only* way to prevent the spread of COVID. Too many people (40%) have no symptoms when infected, and most transmission (60%) is caused by those people. COVID is a systemic vascular disease that does much of the same damage as AIDS.
