Back when I had a makeup routine I would use my sun lamp for that! I can't speak to how helpful it was because my depression is from PMDD not SAD - but if makeup is part of your morning routine that could be a place to incorporate it

Thread (read all the posts) and quite true. Just ASK animal-related groups that are local: "I'm struggling, do you know of any pet food banks/options around?" because they usually have contacts and might run one themselves.

Gentle reminder: I am seeing more "I cannot afford pet food" posts & if you might face this in the near future/now, I recommend checking your local area's subreddit and posting if anyone knows of local programs for pet food. Many areas have small under-the-radar charities that give out pet food.
