i don't fully understand the alternative. are people who 'have no internal monologue' saying they have no thoughts? then that's hard for me to get. or are they saying they don't 'hear' someone book-on-taping their own life? then i don't either, and i suppose i am surprised others do

i don't understand. i never have a going "monologue" but i have thoughts that are fairly verbal or at least feature words as pivots, sometimes sentences -- am i in the i.m. group or the no-i.m. group? do people have like in a movie where it's their own voice etc? i don't have that or 'hear' anything

in my opinion, and i say this with mixed feelings, if we want to rebuild america w/o violence of ‘really bad purges’ or &c., this is exactly the kind/level of apology we need to become comfortable fully accepting. with its limitations. guys should know that if they come this far they’re off the hook

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
