Dems ended the shutdown with zero wins—just a promise to fight again in months. GOP threw Gatsby parties during the shutdown and fought to defund SNAP for poor people. The whole thing was political theater that accomplished nothing.

Aside from the orange felon abusing pardon power to issue pardons to fellow criminals, he just issued dozens of pardons to MAGA officials who helped him commit sedition in 2020.
