African Mahogany(Entandrophragma excelsum) is a tall deciduous tree native to forests across eastern Africa. It holds the title of Africa’s tallest tree, with specimens reaching 81.5m(267 ft) on the southern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. It remains rare and is not commercially exploited.
