The Portland Frog army has now infiltrated Tulsa, OK and they’ve made an unlikely alliance with the T-Rex infantry and Sharks on Hoverboards mercenary forces.

This is truly terrifying.

When it started here in LA it was really hard to talk to friends and family members who live in other parts of the country - to see them going about their daily lives as if these fascist kidnappings weren’t happening. Or, like it wouldn’t eventually affect everyone, everywhere.

Sharing my friends post here. Please share. We need any and all videos that may exist leading up to this attack by ICE.
While playing Ghostbusters with a band dressed as bananas, at what was a peaceful protest yesterday in front of the ICE detention facility, a swarm of federal officers charged into the band, and pounced on top of our clarinet player, and arrested her and damaged her clarinet. She is a mother of a 3 year old who is still without their mother because they're considering Assault charges against her! They also knocked over our drummer, bashing in his face, requiring 4 stitches in his lip. Then they teargassed all of us!
Everything leading up to this point was peaceful and joyous. More than 1000 naked people rode through on bikes while frogs and squids and grannies were dancing around us. They are the thugs. They are the ones being violent. They are the ones breaking the law. We are not deterred. See you at No Kings!

Post includes 2 pics of several peaceful folks playing musical instruments. A peaceful protestor who had just been playing music is face down in the mud with several ie t gang members of the police and ICE pushing her down into the mud arresting her. Same as the last pic but she is holding her mud covered hand out between the rough ground and her face as they continue to assault her. FREE ORIANA!
oriana Korol was peacefully protesting ICE on 10/12 and was illegally detained by ICE and DHS. She is the clar net player for Unpresidented Brass Band, and was playing music for protestors. Protesting for immigrants is not a crime!
Please call Clark County Jail at both these numbers:
- 564-397-4996, press 1
- 564-397-4663
Use the following script:
"I am calling to demand the release of Oriana Korol, arrested on 10/12 for protesting at the ICE Facility in Portiand, OR. Protesting and standing up for immigrants is not a crime. I demand their release as soon as possible and that her charges are dropped."

A clarinetist in a banana outfit was arrested yesterday by feds in Portland OR for bringing too much joy probably, & was transported across state lines into Vancouver WA to be held there for spite apparently.

soooo my Chicagoans, has anyone else's neighborhood facebook group gone from desperately apolitical (regarding federal politics) to at least 40% about ICE/DHS activity and organizing against it? like it's hard to overstate this shift

Occupying forces are famous for attacking ambulances in a certain country where we send our officers for training, so this is very on brand.
nickkristof.bsky.social
In Portland, an ambulance was summoned to the ICE office to treat an injured protester (not clear how he was injured). But when the patient was loaded inside, ICE officers refused to let the ambulance leave and threatened to shoot the ambulance driver: www.wweek.com/news/2025/10...
Documents Allege a Federal Agent at Portland ICE Threatened to Shoot an Ambulance Driver
Feds delayed medics who had come to pick up an injured protester. Then, according to confidential incident reports, the agents became aggressive.

The lawyer for Marimar Martinez (the woman shot by CBP on October 3) seems to think the communications that led to Tricia McLaughlin's claims about the shooting might start disappearing -- he's asking for a preservation order.

MOTION FOR A PRESERVATION ORDER
Defendant, Marimar Martinez, by and through her attorneys, Cheronis & Parente LLC,
pursuant to the relevant provisions of Rule 2 and 16 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, as
well as the Due Process and Effective Assistance of Counsel Clauses of the Fifth and Sixth
Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, respectfully requests that the Court enter a
preservation order for the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to preserve and
maintain any and all records, emails, text messages, documents, notes and other materials related to
the circumstances surrounding the shooting of Ms. Marimar Martinez and the gathering of
information for the October 4, 2025, press release from Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued
by DHS titled “Vehicles Again Used as Weapon in Attack against DHS Law Enforcement, Officers
Forced to Fire Weapon on Armed Woman in Chicago.” In support thereof, Ms. Martinez states as

Trump hates children.
matthewcort.land
If any child in your life has an IEP or 504 plan:

Trump fired (we think) all of the employees in the office at the US Department of Education that disburses special education funds from the federal government that school districts use to pay for those plans.

I guess maybe the thoughts give birth to the feelings. So if I can be observant enough to catch the thought trying to hijack my mind, I can sometimes nip it in the bud. (Lol I gotta do it over and over again, bc those thoughts are insidious sneaky bastards.)

I’m in LA. We’ve been at this for 100-something days so far. More and more people are connecting with rapid response/mutual aid groups. Folks who aren’t able to be on the streets are doing back end work. There is a role for EVERYONE.

Negativity bias is a thing. I just try remind myself “those are just thoughts,” and then ask them to move along, thank you very much.

I was commissioned to make a zine for the No Kings 2 protest on Saturday Oct 18th!

If you wonder “what can I do?” this zine is for you. It’s packed with things that you can do from wearing a “no ICE” pin to organizing a visibility brigade with your friends.
