Sega Channel is one of the things that got me into gaming as a kid. We only owned like 4 games for the Genesis but Sega Channel is what introduced me to some of my favorites like Chiki Chiki Boys and Crystal's Pony Tale.

This rules so hard.
As part of our project to preserve the history of Sega Channel, we have recovered OVER 100 new Sega Channel ROMs, including the legendary lost game Garfield: Caught in the Act - The Lost Levels.

Just a reminder that that stinky-ass lady is getting actual laws enacted in the UK by lobbying with her money that she earns more and more of every time you engage with her IP so you better not claim that fucking game, you fuckin' chuckleheads.

Claiming a game for free still counts towards stats, which in turn still shows support. For a franchise where even fan works are boycotted.

Don't claim HP Legacy. Avoid it.

31. Are You Mad At Me?

I finished this one last night and it was decent. I think if you’ve already worked with/are working on this topic with a good therapist, then it’s a lot of info you probably already know. I think it’d be a great resource for people where actual therapy isn’t as accessible. 💙📚

Crazy theory, but I’m starting to think that maybe not leaving my apartment for almost a week straight and only eating garbage food was not a very good mental health decision.

“AI is clearly sticking around so you have to get used to it” wrong. I don’t have to get used to shit. I am a practiced hater and I can keep this going for decades if I am required to

30. This Inevitable Ruin

I did it! And now I’m sad I have to wait for more. Lots of great character stuff in this one. There’s a lot of recapping because things from the past come into play, but I tore through this in 3 days so it’s safe to say I still enjoyed it.

Someone in my Discord this morning went "there's no good music being made anymore"

Don't give in to thoughts like that, for any kind of art. Even as AI slop is shoved into the forefront, there is, and will always be, actual art that is being made

And tbh its been a great decade for music so far.

29. The Eye of the Bedlam Bride

I liked book 5 so much that I jumped right into this one, and I think I’ll probably immediately go to book 7. These are addicting and fun, and I’m impressed that it hasn’t worn thin this far in. Cried at a part in this one, too!

steam is apparently allowing "this game had AI in it that it didn't disclose" as a valid return statement, so if you or anyone you know actually paid $70 for slop, get that money back

28. The Butcher’s Masquerade

I’m back in, baby! After still liking but not loving books 3 & 4, I put off reading this one for a while, especially when seeing how long it was.

This is back to all the things I liked most and doesn’t get too into the weeds of mechanics. I loved it.
