Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

I called both VISA and Mastercard.
MC was quick to hang up on me.
More interestingly though, the VISA agent explicitly said "yes" when I asked them if VISA is actively trying to censor online content.

If Mastercard says there are no restrictions and to contact your bank, I recommend telling them that your bank redirected you to Mastercard / your bank was of no help
