There is no bar to lower anymore. It’s just a giant hole that keeps getting deeper and deeper and just when you think the dirt is going to crumble and cave in, some asshats reinforces the walls so that they can keep digging even deeper.

We shouldn’t have to remind people that they are not entitled to every detail of someone else’s trauma, even if the person is famous or in the public eye. It’s no one’s business unless that person’s family makes the decision to share details. It’s hard enough to navigate. Give them grace and space.

Our 19 year old daughter just lost her mind when I cleaned out an old storage box and handed her my late 90’s/early 00’s pink digital camera. She has just spent the last hour charging it, reading the manual and learning to use it. Nature is healing.
