So I’m missing any stories that covered the background turkey’s Trump pardoned. I’m assuming due to the pardon that they’re either 1) associates of Jeffrey Epstein, 2) were rioters on J6, or 3) are Russian assets

Bragging time…in my Am Gov intro sections, I have an assignment where students have to file a FOIA request for any info they want from an exec agency. I’ve been doing this assignment for about 7 years now, and the single topic most students request from several agencies is info on aliens and UFOs -

Johnson should've never been Speaker to begin with, his elevation a reflection of such partisan warfare and GOP dysfunction. He is a symptom and outcome of partisan divides and internal feuding...He had no leadership experience nor wants it, which is very clear www.nytimes.com/2025/11/26/u...

Recently I happened to be looking at some Trump speeches and pressers back from the 2016 campaign and his first term, and Trump’s physical and cognitive decline is really quite glaring let alone the fact he’s constantly falling asleep at meetings and events
“He’s always been not entirely coherent. But it’s different now. He’s slower.” MS NOW anchor Katy Tur outlines Trump’s cognitive and physical decline.

I’m getting Black Friday ads from non-US based businesses this year incentivizing sales by noting they’ll cover the increased tariff costs this year for imports to the US

Susan Collins, facing a tough reelection, deeply furrows her brow and digs deep to campaign on a clear message of fuck them kids and centers a campaign of fear against one of the most marginalized groups in the country so bigotry and hatred can fuel her political career that should’ve already ended
25 Nov 2025 @rikiwilchins.bsky.social -- In unusual move, Sen Susan Collins (R-ME) signs petition for referendum on the 2026 ballot that would bar trans students from sports teams, locker-rooms and bathrooms. She's in a hotly contested election & this is pbly one way to increase Rep turnout.

Maybe guys like Duffy should try flying commercial to better understand Americans frustration with security theater based on shitty post-9/11 knee jerk reaction policies and airlines insatiable thirst for profits that has made air travel absolutely distasteful…but also keep your fucking shoes on
Duffy on his demand that air travelers not wear slippers or pajamas: "It honors our country ... don't take your shoes off and put your feet on the chair ahead of you"

This might be the best unifying strategy for the Dems for next year
What if Dems ran on sacrificing James Carville's human rights?

I’m like 97.3% certain that Putin hasn’t been trying anything…he’s been playing Trump for a fool for years and years
McConnell, who’d urged the Trump administration on Friday to “find new advisors,” warned that “Putin has spent the entire year trying to play President Trump for a fool.”

Vance responded, calling it "a ridiculous attack on the president’s team." trib.al/0lqg485

Q: Is the president more determined now since the judge's ruling today to go after James Comey and Tish James?

LEAVITT: I wouldn't say he's 'going after' them. I think the president is more determined than ever to see accountability in this country.

I’ll say it again…all pop culture, and I do mean all pop culture, is political
The new ‘Wicked’ is unmistakably a parable about the Wizard (Trump) lying to the people of Oz (🇺🇸) to fearmonger as he persecutes a marginalized element of society (immigrants).

Hopefully that won’t be lost on those who most need to hear it. www.cnn.com/2025/11/22/e...

Is there any other answer other than this? For realz, stop framing pedophilia, rape, and child sex trafficking like it’s a partisan issue. Accountability needs to happen no matter what party child rapists are a member of

You’re not getting a neonazi police force to anonymously violate everyone’s rights and liberties and indiscriminately assault, beat, punish, and murder people by getting the best and brightest from recruiters and Indeed. You gotta scrape the bottom the barrel but using the bad apples is the point
ESQUIRE: “ICE is hiring literally anybody, and it’s terrifying… people who flunk the exam, criminal records… yet they’re allowed to tear children from their beds at night.”

Health insurance for me and my family, including my employers contributions, costs just over $2k per MONTH…none of these people are serious, operate in good faith, nor care about everyday people. They are ghouls only interested in enriching themselves…this is not what public service should be

If folks are pissed about how the shutdown is ending, just wait until they learn that the House discharge petition on the Epstein files is no way compels DOJ to do anything to make those files public, let alone force a vote in the Senate
