Can we not just feed, house and educate every person on earth 1st? And clean up all environmental messes and ramp up clean food production? I could think of a few more human issues, but these are a start...and doable if the megalomaniac billionaires take their heads out of their selfish asses.

How about instead of spending trillions of $s on Hegseth's war department, divert most of that to drug treatment & addiction services, education & trades training, food & housing assistance, etc. If there are fewer American buyers there will be fewer sellers. There will always be gangs & drugs, but↓

BC already hosts a bitumen pipeline from Alberta...it's someone else's turn. Also important to note that existing Trans Mtn had to be paid for with taxpayer $s, is for sale, and none of the build a new pipeline dreamers are willing to put their $s on the line to buy that one. Why? Not profitable.

If there is interest in an oil pipeline by the private sector, why don't they buy the existing taxpayer funded one from us...because it is simply not profitable enough for them. They need those sweet Canadian taxpayer $s to do anything.

I am a Device Hoarder and proud if it. I have been known to hold on to my cellphones for up to 7 years! The newer models are only better for taking videos/photos; they're still in reality only a phone.
