The failure is not kicking the progressives to the cruve when they had the chance. All progressive have is words. None of them have been able to actually back up their words for equality. Nor do I think they realize how much restructuring those words requires.

Their trying to be smart and not raise the switch 2s price since its so expensive already. But yeah tariffs were always gonna have an effect. It's smart to raise the previous consoles price rather than the new one.

At this point it just really doesn't matter anymore how well or badly a game sells. If management feels that number could go up faster by axing 300 jobs that's what they'll do. There's always more profit to be made. It'll never be enough. Absolute fucking bullshit.

I think helps that their higher ups coming from devs or people who worked on the lower ladder of the company. The current ceo was a former accountant. Idk if he was a Nintendo accountant but I assume he was. So they arent just hiring random ceos but people who have worked with them for a long time.
DK Bananza is the most wonderfully depressing game. It’s clearly the work of lifelong game developers mentoring novices and it’s the kind of game we’d have a lot more of if game publishers actually let game development be a stable, life-long career for people.

Surprise Surprise a film that's primarily market towards kids and isn't focusing on being super cinemic is gonna do well. Seriously i could care less what adults think of it when it's a kids movie. If the kids thinks it's goof then it's in fact a good kids movie.

I don't think I've ever seen such a big price announcement fallout for a video game console since Sony's PlayStation 3. Nintendo is probably going to make some changes for Switch 2 in the next little while.
