Als I’ve been working in parallel on two projects in full auto Claude mode on two smaller ideas, just orchestrating CC while the agents did their thing 🤓

Also testing becomes faster. Agents to gather info to test against in parallel, writing issue specific test code, putting ideas / next steps into project backlog in parallel.

But it burns through tokens like crazy. Been hitting limits of my max plan.

Last week I went all in with this, telling Claude to use as many agents as it needs after having discussed the next steps. It’s crazy good, using between 2 and 7. Also, I use specific audit agents that then evaluate against security, UX principles while another rewrites documentation before I push.

My week’s discovery - running Claude code subagents efficiently in 2 separate projects in parallel. So 2 teams of 4-7 agents each chipping away at my tasks.

Makes sense. Since it’s not my day job, I can’t program & I’m too lazy to get into CLI or tools much and use the app if I have the time to work on something. I’ve run into safety issues when working on projects using ACLED data - contains too many names of armed groups / terrorists.
