Lately I can’t tell which makes me prouder—having a PhD, or having earned it back when ChatGPT didn’t exist. The more I read grad student papers and colleagues’ reports, the more I lean toward the latter.

There’s just not enough attention being paid to how unqualified, psychologically unfit, and dangerous so many of these new ICE hires potentially are.

The good news is that all of these families can shop around for lower-priced policies.

The bad news is that if the enhanced tax credits expire, even shopping around probably won't help much...or at best will trade "lower" premiums (usually still higher than now) for much higher deductibles/etc.
