Those feelings of feeling 'fake' - that the efforts I put into mask, the events, the socialising is 'fake' sneak in. Sometimes it feels hard to 'tinkerbell' this stuff - if you believe in it, it's true but...there's times when I wonder how real it all is and if NT people realise what the masking is

Had a huge week this week Did the bulk of the work for an overnight conference for 60 folks. Lots of presenting, lots of socialising with drinks after, lots of one-on-one conversations with many folks. Maximum masking, eventually felt depleted by it. Immensely satisfied with event but...
