ICE is operating in our area today (West Chicago suburbs). It's kind of surreal seeing multiple helicopters circling overhead in an area that is otherwise usually very quiet.

There are very few people who I've seen demonstrate the ability to practice accountability and take ownership for their mistakes in this space. But I also think that's something that is growing less common in our society as a whole.
