pretty much the only thing I missed after starting hrt was the free eggs. like, we all know they're not especially tasty, but harvesting them each month not only helped with budgeting, it was like a little ritual. now, like any other woman, I only produce soap.

why do you think that one lady who played trombone in the orchestra pit for the Muppet Show never joined Electric Mayhem like Lips did? like, we saw she stood with them on labor disputes with Kermit and was always down to play whatever, but she seemed to keep a personal or professional distance.

I love star trek but in many ways star trek succeeds in spite of being star trek. the aliens are all kind of bad, the conflicts are on-the-nose, the creatures tend to be various gases and oozes to save time/money. but they cast weird theater people who commit to the bit, and that helped a LOT.
You ever think about just how handily Star Trek has won the Star Wars/Star Trek war? Turns out making a lot of good content is really hard!

having a conversation with my gf about "road trip games" and I don't mean, like, FF15 or Get In The Car Loser or even necessarily games with cars at all I mean like most jrpgs and shmups are road trip games, metroidvanias are virtually the opposite. roguelikes can be but rogue isn't.
