• Advanced settings
• Uncheck "Let YouTube enhance visual quality"

Those workplaces do exist, and once you find one, you'll want to latch on and stay. I'm sorry you don't get to be in a place that is welcoming to who you are. So nice that you were able to go to a con, though!
