"Fresh", sealed copies of Super Mario RPG actually have a unique title screen. This screen is lost permanently on that cartridge after playing and saving just once, and can not be restored without tinkering with the cartridge or waiting decades for the save battery to run out.

Gateway FATE was amazing yet again! Had a great time meeting folks, seeing old friends again, and experiencing the con!!

Attended some really fun panels, got a lot of sweet merch from really talented folks, and I’m really hopeful for another one next year!

Playing Earthbound for the first time ever in 2025 is fascinating, actually. You're just a kid and the world's gone mad. All the adults are useless at best or trying to kill you at worst. Everyone talks like a crazy person. Everything's too expensive. Your next door neighbor wants to be a dictator.

afaik it isn't confirmed that SNAP is getting cut in november but there has been news of the potential due to the gov. shutdown. if u or loved ones rely on snap, i implore you to take advantage of programs like this!! local food pantries & soup kitchens too!!
