Sure. AI companies have ALWAYS been training their models on Wikipedia content, which under the free and open access model is available to anyone — including AI companies. Agreements like these require AI companies to limit and offset the strain they place on Wikimedia infrastructure.

What it's really about is giving the government and media an excuse to stay on there.
The ability to create sexual images still exists in locations where it's legal. Surely all you'd need is a VPN and the knowledge of a country where it's not blocked to continue? And this just says to generate images - can images still show up in feeds and replies? Not good enough X, try again.
