Every morning, I say:

"I ask the protectors of the parts of me related to the #dreams I just had to step aside so I can talk to them."

I then work to #befriend, #unburden, and #integrate these parts

I know via my dreams they are ready to come back to #self
and are trying to get my attention

hold anger and disbelief

I know what it is

how a person can creep
through life like
a shadow on a hollow wall
Hiding in plain sight
You shudder at the chill
their shape casts over you
A sudden feeling of deja vu
And a bitter taste
lingering in your mouth
No gargling
with listerine
can rinse out
