My friend, I simply can't wait to write him! The idea came to me from reading Greg Rucka and Liam Sharp's criminally truncated run on Wonder Woman where Ares is imprisoned at his own will by Aphrodite and due to being disgusted and tired of being a destroyer of men and obliterator of civilizations.
