@sratoz.com.br I couldnt reply to your quote of my work, thank you for the kind words I thought I'd answer your question :) its actually set in season 3 (a little nod to the background actors who still wore the season 1/2 uniforms) and it's onboard the USS Lalo when it encounters the Borg in BOBW :)

It's about these PIPs, which if I'm understanding, are documents put together for struggling employees with goals/criteria/feedback which can be used to help or to provide paper trail for termination.
