The planning and set up that goes into these is years in the making. The TV set up is immense, they take over hotels, advertising, they work with local authorities for signage etc etc. doesn’t work on a whim. Time will tell.

Mr Sam Jacobs, for the TUC, asks why.

Usual application for me was marking cables or cabinets that would be in use for a short period. Temp repairs as well as air flow modifications when the aircon wasn't getting to the kit in a heatwave and kit over temp alarms cropping up everywhere....

Interestingly for me, if farage claims he is in the clear then he was on message so Russia didn't see the need.... and he never yanked Gill speeches, he was happy with them.

Spent my working life using the stuff but not on aircraft, gaffer comes so easy to me but interesting. Fixed so many things for a short term till proper repair. Including taping a cable across a road in Paris which was interesting.

It was obvious schools would need to close during the pandemic, and yet the Department of Education refused to prepare for it.

Asked why, Gavin Williamson says he did not have the freedom to consult on what closures would look like.

He was the Secretary of State for Education.

Jackson (now long gone) had a habit of picking up and carrying anything he could find. The retriever in him was strong! He'd often pick up bits of paper, so we left some around and started writing on them...
