This is so powerful - the act of distancing yourself from the enablers. Networks of abusers exist in all walks of life - so many of them are passively maintained by people who choose to look the other way. If there is any legacy of the Epstein files, I hope it will involve bold stances like this.

Idk how this would even work but Duke Energy has to be stopped. That can look like breaking up their monopoly or more regulation, but they can’t just keep raising people’s rates to pay for their poor decision making, investments, and whatever the hell is going on with these data centers.

This is sickening. For comparison, this is more than the Department of Energy spent for all solar power and wind power R&D for the whole country.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.

If these mega-camps are utilized to the full capacity ICE intends, they'll be the largest prisons in the country, with little real oversight. www.ajc.com/politics/202...

I will be honest: we are not talking nearly enough about the downstream effects of these ICE and CBP deployments.

For example: landlords and debt collectors file more aggressive collection and eviction suits with dubious (or no) factual bases, knowing that the defendants won't go to the courthouse.
