It wins the prize for Most Awkward Blocking for a way-too-long "fist fight" between Tom Noonan & William Petersen, it reminds me of the ballroom dance in Top Secret. Fun to watch young William in his pre-Grissom days though

Out of the 3 Andy Muschietti horror flicks I've seen (Mama, It, It 2), he has failed to harm the family pet in any of them. Even though the It book has a VERY upsetting pet death because Stephen King fucking loves doing that. I love u Andy Muschietti ❤️

Bly Manor has a sweetness to it, a more romantic & gentle retelling of Turn of the Screw (but still a bit creepy). A lot of people didn't care for that but I found it perfectly splendid.

We started collecting Blu-rays (esp 4K) this year & it has been so much fun! Boutique distributors like Vinegar Syndrome, Arrow, Shout Factory, & Lionsgate Ltd put some real love into their collector's editions. Plus of course we get to watch all our fave films with no subscription & no wifi.

100%. I've seen some unruly "Vance 2028" posts but the fact is that nobody in Congress is afraid of JD Vance. And none of my idiot neighbors are going to put a Stephen Miller flag on their big-ass trucks
