Raises the question: Were the grand jurors informed of the date when Richman resigned from the FBI?

DOJ sets out its case against Comey in the most detail yet.

But the evidence in the brief doesn’t show that Comey lied about authorizing someone at the FBI (Richman) to be an anonymous source in media reports.

And much of it relates to events that occurred *after* Richman resigned from the FBI!

Since July 2025, President Trump has solicited $300 million in private donations to build
what has been presented to donors and the public as “the President Donald J. Trump Ballroom.”37
Despite assurances from the White House that President Trump has been “incredibly transparent”
about the project, as well as a claim that the Administration had “released the full list of donors
thus far,”38 critical details about the plans for the project have changed numerous times, including
its total cost and scope.39 Most recently, the New York Times identified several donors for the
ballroom who had been kept secret by the White House, completely belying the Administration’s
claims of transparency, and raising serious questions about why the Administration and these
donors sought to keep their donations a secret in the first place.40 You have been identified as one
of the donors to this project who chose to remain anonymous.41 Pursuant to Senate Rule XXV of
the Standing Rules of the Senate and Senate Resolution 94 (119th Cong.), Section 12, I write to
request information regarding the terms of your donation and why it was not previously disclosed.

Louisiana — the red state that Mike Johnson nominally represents — has the second highest percentage of residents enrolled in SNAP in the nation.
