Podobno martwi się o psy, a widzi problem w ich ważeniu (kto nie ważył psa, o którego dba?), a według jego ustawy będą mogły być one trzymane w klatce 1m x 1m. Miłość tu jest, ale nie do psów, ale do Konfy.

Przeczytałem 20 stron uzasadnienia weta do ustawy łańcuchowej i jest to pełne manipulacji oraz hipokryzji prawnicze pitolenie. 3 strony zajmuje wywód, że właściwie już teraz mamy przepisy zabraniające znęcania się nad zwierzętami, na podstawie których można by uwalniać psy z łańcuchów, ale jakoś 1/5
