Itβs a terrible bill. It will literally kill people. The most vulnerable among us will suffer as the wealthiest benefit. Itβs perverse. I wish there were something I could do. But alas, I am only a U.S. Senator from Alaska whose βnoβ vote would kill the bill. So I voted yes. You get it.

What's "just not true"? Do a single one of those headlines or articles clearly state that this is a bill to raise taxes on the poor, strip away Medicare and Medicaid, and give hundreds of billions to building concentration camps?

Just by the way, much of the basic research on the cognitive psychology of attention can trace its history to early support from ONR. The problem of vigilance and detection while staring at a radar screen led to support of foundational research on visual attention now applied far and wide.

This is how bad my mental health has gotten: getting myself a streaming service I've been wanting just so that I can start watching shows I actually enjoy instead of just background noise for my doomscrolling, is my biggest act of self care this week.

What do you mean? Everywhere. Local, state, national, we're not obligated to elevate Chapo/Hogg types just because the old rich fucks suck. There are genuinely progressive people out here doing real and good work. The question is why is it so important that Hogg specifically lead the party?

Like while people are out here trying to cancel Kenyatta because he was "too pro Biden" he's actually addressing real issues in the party. He was the one calling out Fetterman back when everyone else was completely duped.

No, they don't need to be kicked out of the party. But they sure as shit don't need to be placed in a leadership position just because they're young/not the current leadership. Change is needed but it's important to change to something better not just different.
