A paradoxical thing that I hate about this depression disorder shit is that it will make me avoid the things that I know will lift me out of a doom spiral super fast. Like, I will go "But what if I do this thing and it doesn't work or I'm too sad to enjoy it? I'll just keep spiraling instead".

When I was doing ketamine assisted TMS, I was *expressly* told during the ketamine part to NOT visit any social media sites.

I could read a book, I could talk with the nurse, I could look at funny animal videos.
