I wish there were stronger controls by the Federal Govt on how Provincial Govts spend & allocate the $$$$
The Federal govt sends transfers to the Provinces for Public Healthcare and Public Education, but the Premiers are dispersing it to Private facilities lately and this is a huge problem. The Premiers do not spend the taxpayers money wisely. #Alberta
