Jake got me a Theragun for Christmas a couple of years ago and I never used it, then forgot about it. Broke it out today because I’m experiencing winter/im old/lupus pain and it’s great! My favorite part is how I feel like I’m using a hand mixer and my body is the bowl of mashed potatoes.
