i appreciate the call out on JKR, just want to add that the problem isn't just that she's transphobic and has made transphobic remarks publicly - she has confirmed that she uses the money from HP to give to organizations that take material actions to see trans genocide carried out in the UK.

I'm going though my old contacts and it's pretty depressing. Just like hundreds of people who knew me, I'll probably never see again.

Tbh, I'm kinda like even if my workplace formed a syndicate, not a union, the direct democracy of it could shut out any potential for trans rights in the workplace. I don't want to be dependent on solidarity for rights. And that's why I've lost interest in organizing the workplace.
