My bathroom is so chilly and I have sensory issues when it comes to temperature change. Showering in the winter is hell and I have to psych myself up every day to shower. I just found a space heater made specifically for bathrooms and is safe to run in a humid bathroom. I hope it helps.

I’m now on a liquids only diet as my body can’t seem to tolerate or process solid food. I’m simultaneously ravenously hungry and nauseous. Diagnostic colonoscopy/endoscopy are next week. They better find something and make a plan to fix it because this is a miserable way to live.

Kid #1 told me today that he started teaching one of his classmates how to write the Arabic alphabet at lunch and now another kid has asked to learn as well. The kids are all right. ❤️
