This person is genuinely stupid.
One of the most exhausting things here is the idea that one thing leads to the next thing without any time in between. Bork was turfed in 1987. Would it have mattered? I don't know. But I do know that the Bork drama helped pave the way for a win-at-all-costs mentality, and Dems helped that.
I'm 45. Democrats have been trying to meet Republicans halfway my entire life. Do you sincerely believe that compromising on Bork would've prevented McConnell from kiboshing Garland's nomination? Would've prevented the rise of Trump and MAGA? Come on.

This is correct. Any candidate cynically “triangulating” on trans kids is a non-starter, and now is the time to say so. There’s still so much time to advance candidates that DON’T suck.
I will never, ever vote for Gavin Newsom. Ever, under any circumstances. I don't care if he becomes the Dem nominee, he's still not getting my vote.

As someone who adored him since 2004 and voted for him 5 times, I can't wait for him to leave office.

I do like the numbers and numbers on top of numbers. They’re inventing new numbers all the time. You thought BABIP wasn’t a thing? You thought they weren’t measuring exit velocity? I saw a Foolish Baseball vid about arm angles. I like football and we basically just go “that guy has a dog in him”
