One of my punishments as a kid was to give up my games for the N64. I would hand over all but SSB (hid it between mattress and wall). On weekends, my dad would sleep in (heavy sleeper), and I would wake up mad early to play with the volume low.
Eventually they took the controllers instead. 😂

The Nintendo App has informed me that Super Smash Bros is 27 today. I have great memories of sitting in my friend’s living room with the guide, practicing combos for Ness to impress my friends, and then totally beefing it when it came time for a match.

One of the best bits that has come from my home game is the idea of being "the protagonist" for the current arc is a curse no one wants on their head.

I'm usually pretty hard on my own art but getting better. I will say after starting up drawing again this year, it has been awesome and my style has evolved (only a small shift but a small enough shift that I'm starting to push again)
