COVID-19 : L’IGNORANCE N’EST PAS UNE POLITIQUE DE SANTÉ PUBLIQUE

Notre association attaque le ministère de la santé en justice, et saisit le Conseil d’État contre l’arrêté du 13 février 2025 déremboursant les tests PCR COVID-19 sans ordonnance.

Face à l’invisibilisation du COVID par le gouvernement et le recul des droits de prévention et de santé, notre association Winslow Santé Publique a décidé de saisir le Conseil d'État.
Informées par voie de presse de la volonté du gouvernement de revenir sur le remboursement sans ordonnance des tests PCR, notre association et l’association Covid Long Solidarité lui avions adressé une correspondance en janvier dernier, à laquelle nous n’avons reçu une réponse qu’après la parution de l’arrêté, stipulant que même si “il est nécessaire de rester mobilisés face au COVID-19, et à ses formes longues”, le ministère a “mis en place une approche dite “syndromique” face aux manifestations cliniques susceptibles d'évoquer une infection respiratoire ai

güe”. Le ministère préconise donc l’ignorance face à un virus qui a tué plus de 180000 Français-es, continue à tuer et handicaper massivement, et dont les conséquences graves et sérieuses sur la santé à long terme de tous-tes sont constatées chaque jour par la recherche scientifique.
Le SARS-CoV-2 circule toujours. Chacun-e doit pouvoir connaître sa positivité pour agir, se protéger et protéger les autres. Or les autotests antigéniques, non remboursés, ne détectent une positivité que dans 35% des cas en moyenne. Le document présentant la "stratégie nationale de prévention et gestion des infections respiratoires aiguës d'origine virale" de la Direction générale de la Santé ne conseille la réalisation d’un test génomique (PCR) que si la personne est à haut risque ET que son état se dégrade : à ce stade, c’est trop tard ! Vu les difficultés d'accès aux soins, devoir consulter un médecin pour bénéficier d'une prescription d'un test fiable remboursé signe, dans les faits, la fin du dépistag

Studies that predict species extinction have focused on a range of flora and fauna but in regard to Homo sapiens there are, with one notable exception, no predictive studies, only considerations of possible ways this may occur. The exception believes extinction of Homo sapiens will happen in 10,000 years. We agree that extinction will happen, but we disagree on the timing. The world population is currently 8.1 billion, Given the decline in fertility between 2019 and 2024 and employing a probabilistic forecasting method in conjunction with 66% confidence intervals, we find: by 2139 the world population will be between 1.55 billion and 1.81 billion; by 2239, it will be between 4.95 million and 5.84 million and by 2339 there will be no humans.

Keeping your family alive used to be an endless stream of boiling, scrubbing, tending to the sick, wondering, worrying, grieving the losses. It was so hard. The grueling care work involved in having a family eclipsed other spheres of life for the vast majority of women. That's the aim here.
