Presumably the reasoning’s similar to calling the agreement for a slightly less bonkers form of Brexit the Windsor Framework, helps make it more appealing to some of the obvious sources of opposition

This is good. Can't help think this is Tim in his element. Get a lot of Duke of Edinburgh youngsters around here, great to see them having such an experience, especially those who don't normally have the opportunity to enjoy the countryside ... whatever the weather.

ICYMI: “Some still insist ‘downtowns will never attract kids & shouldn’t try.’ Then they design downtown to virtually repel kids, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Vancouver proves the opposite can be true...”

People want to have kids and live downtown. Can they? - Western City Magazine
For decades, planners focused on attracting young singles to dense urban cores. That dynamic has shifted, in part because ...

The ENERGY in our big public event in downtown Kingston, Jamaica Thursday (700-800 registered plus walk-ins) was seriously off the charts. Remarkable constructive energy. An urgent call to action(I was VERY blunt!) Will it, along with media and 3 days working with local leaders, be a turning point?

A model of a T-Rex made entirely from recycled toilet roll tubes. Pictures show a simple head, made from one tube, and a complete 3D sculpture, something a little more complex, and made from many tubes.

Like, I don’t doubt that it can take time and effort for parents to understand and learn appropriate ways to relate to their child’s new gender identity but I’m so bloody angry at these parasitic groups that pour their energy into trying to reinforce those family members’ most destructive reactions

Was talking to a friend recently who was angry about her sister’s child ‘suddenly’ coming out as non binary and seeking hormone therapy. Turned out that this ‘sudden’ process had been going on for FIVE YEARS

No, it's not. It's all a lie. The blunt truth is across the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them.

Outstanding piece by Stephen Daisley.

Ethnicity is no barrier to Britishness - it's culture and integration.

That means 'smaller cohorts and aggressive integration policies' - and tackling the institutions that 'have amplified grievance narratives and radical anti-Western ideologies'.

London's Network of Cycleways is continuing to grow and get even better. 🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲

Great to see the temporary cycle lanes on Haverstock Hill being made permanent by Camden Council - this includes new kerbs to protect cyclists, raised zebras and new bus stop bypasses.
