This is compelling because Fry has, historically, eschewed condemnation of people he disagrees with. He typically gives folks a lot of room to fix their shit before cutting them off. The fact that a beloved, respected, cis white male is going on the record saying “nah fuck her tho” is significant!
This is a big deal.
