You'll find the same anti Scottish rhetoric on STV, Border and Grampian coming from BBC Scotland-Bad-uk-Good and amplified by MSM.
Scotland is never compared favourably with rUK or England.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but I absolutely despise Starmer and the whole government for how far to the right they have gone on attacking vulnerable people. UK pushing for this shows a complete disregard for the lives of people crossing the channel.

Gt-grandfather Robert & his son Jim Davidson were stone masons for Westmorland County Council. They never used cement or concrete but lime mortar - for 30 yrs they were responsible for almost every bridge/wall in Lake District. The old ways were eco-friendly - cement is not!

Three restaurants in Côte-d'Or have been judged as some of best in world. These include La Ferme de la Ruchotte à Bligny-sur-Ouche. A place like no other with farmer/chef Frédéric Ménager who cooks entirely with produce from his farm & proposes less meat on the plate for health of his customers.

According to Starmer, the nation of Scotland is to be forced to stay in the UK whether the Scottish people like it or not, & were forced out of the EU whether they liked it or not.

That is not democracy.

I briefly wondered if the Scottish government should introduce an extra tax on properties over £2m.

I went to have a look on ESPC (which lists virtually all property on sale in Scotland).

The most expensive property on sale in Scotland, today, is going for offers over £1.5m.

Because only criminals in power flip the script like that. Only corrupt leaders decide that the real threat isn’t the wrongdoing itself, but the person brave enough to reveal it.
A healthy government punishes corruption.
A rotten government punishes anyone who points it out.
