there were things about veilguard and dawntrail I enjoyed, but both stories felt like the writers were TERRIFIED that anyone might be confused for even a moment.

meanwhile I spent 75% of expedition 33 with no idea what was happening and came out of it convinced it's one of the best games ever made.
