Romance books! They were an indulgent escape during the difficult years of life on Belenos. She enjoys the guaranteed Happily Ever After, which always seemed like a fairytale to her, since she expected to marry for political advantage. Now she has her own HEA.

WIP update: Finally, I finished plotting out SpaceWIP Book 1 scenes for the second half of Act 2 and the first half of Act 3, up to the climax. All that's left now are the resolution scenes. Then I can sort them into chapters and flesh them out into a detailed outline! #WritingCommunity #AmWriting

Finally working on SpaceWIP Book 1's scene outline again after a few days' creative break. (jk I was writing ski lodge AU.) Anyway, I'm trying to reverse engineer a possible character death and feeling very much like this gif right now.

Daemrin and Lex are very good at passing the time with simple conversation. He's extroverted and says whatever's on his mind, and she's curious and thoughtful. Comfortable silence is always good, too. Separately, she'll read and he'll watch/listen to sports games.

I, too, will keep my answer today vague. SpaceWIP Book 1 will end with Daemrin coming to terms with his brother's death, completing the Trial of Succession, and marrying Lex. Lex, too, will overcome certain fears and things that hold her back to make an irreversible choice. #PlotTober
