Katorgan ships are purely in the realm of mechanics. The black iron used to fuel and power them is not the same black iron that is used religiously. There is a huge difference, but it is spoiler territory.

I wouldn't say "many," but there are a few non-Katorgans who are still trying to unlock its mysteries after thousands of years. Among Katorgans, the "study" of black iron is not the purview of scientists but of their priesthood.

Thank you! I want to keep my goals relatively simple this month so I can spend time recharging. Winter is a difficult season for me, and I want to give myself as much time as possible to rest during it.

"Fascinating" is definitely a good word to describe Malkavians. I love the Malkavian Primogen in the chronicle I'm playing with my friends, she's awesome.
