Frankly I think Apple does a pretty poor job explaining the benefits of Lockdown Mode. The website explaining it is focused on "mercenary spyware." But this court record shows it may be able to protect against very common forensic, physical access tools as well www.404media.co/fbi-couldnt-...

The question is what precautions here look like.
To me, it seems clear there needs to be an effort to track DHS goons close to the election and to be prepared to put (lawful!) crowds outside of (the legal limit of) polling places in key districts to discourage any ICE shenanigans or intimidation.

The last time he started talking like this, his allies minimized the risks and we ended up with January 6. This time we must take him literally and seriously. These comments are a five-alarm fire for democracy. In a functioning republic, he would be impeached and removed from office today.
