Bad wording maybe on my part but I guess I was thinking about how knowing who Shakespeare was means you are more English , integrated, fluent in the language, all the things that seem to bother those that want to have “ proof “ someone is somehow worthy.

I remember an Australian consultant psychiatrist saying he failed the English test… bloody brilliant man who everyone liked and did fabulous job.
Let’s make politicians pass the same test first. That would get rid of a few.

Just re read this and realise I missed out the word grows ie “evidence of what they really are grows” doesn’t make massive sense, or at least makes a different sense without it 🤦‍♀️ should have just stuck with “ anyone who still votes reform is a bit dense”

Am a bit confused. If you threaten to burn down hotels full of immigrants you get a far smaller sentence than threatening to kill Nigel Farage. In first instance you get made an example of “ two tier justice “ and serious victimhood. In the second there will be those wanting the death penalty.
