Those who're currently able need to wake the fuck up, & start realising that our whole society is deeply flawed in how we deal with situations & address issues. By not addressing many issues to be inclusive, it facilitates fascism & eugenics. Healthcare, social care, cost of living are all skewed!

I do well with some structure but it’s harder to provide it for myself. Lack of Executive function & so forth. The light changes and suddenly I need more sleep but also more time touching grass?? November = depression cliff time.
