god, The Haunting of Hill House (the novel) is so good. every time i revisit it, it hits me a slightly different way; but it is always an unsettling, deeply sad story about loneliness, and the ways abuse and isolation can make us both difficult to love and desperately vulnerable.

It’s a multiplayer version of Hades basically. I had to be dragged to it kicking and screaming by friends. Then got so addicted to it I keep playing it solo.

Not sure why I didn’t give Hades more of a chance. I think I get scared off things when I show up and there’s already 4D shipping wars going on. I’m too old to understand those now.

I got really addicted to this new game called Sworn. “Wow!” I thought, “what a creative game!”

Turns out it’s just a shameless knockoff of Hades, a game I should have played for more than 5 minutes.
