Hi, I'm Grae. By day I work in stop-motion animation, by night I paint models. Mostly 40K, but I'm partial to a Gundam or anything cool, when the opportunity arises!

Me, with the head of Count Volpe from Guillermo Del Toro's Pinocchio. An SD Gundam Guncanon, painted in a cel-shaded style. A Warhammer 40K Necron Doomstalker. A squad of Warhammer 40K space marine Eliminators, on a scenic base.
Coming from Stop-Motion land, I've been on several projects where the concept art has definitely been running almost entirely on vibes. Just look at any of Tim Burton's initial sketches for Corpse Bride or Frankenweenie.
Letting a ship also be a captain makes me wonder if we're in a Cars 2 situation?!

#CRTWR: Do you have any idea how difficult it is to escape from Monkey Island? Then give us your Three-Word Review of Escape from Monkey Island (2000).
Yep, in-store. Not sure what the competition will be like until the day, but I only won by 1 vote last year, & my friend who's a Golden Demon finalist is entering too!
I think we're all done! Still got to work out the full army placement, but the centrepiece of the board is finished. Pretty happy with the last minute addition of the little floating platform, I think Orikan can go on it.

Good work Andy, how about getting BeeNetwork active on Bluesky too?
Apart from the draw of the settings, if my kids want a new model, going to my nearest GW or FLGS beats saying 'Tomorrow, once the print is finished, & it's been washed & processed & is safe to handle, careful it's more fragile than plastic...'
GW's biggest customers are the parents of 12-16 yr olds.
Someone's secondary school trip to Paris went really badly!

THREAD. When my parents' cat Bridget went missing, my dad, to try to ease his worry, painted her on a variety of historical adventures. These soon multiplied. Significantly.

After much nagging, he has had some postcards printed of this brilliant series:

That moment when the tension mechanism on your mini mole grips is stuck, & you think 'All I need to fix this are my mini mole grips, where've I left them?', & then you realise...
Ugh! Pretty poor leadership.Years back, my brother told me how his manager & the company director hid in their cars, & refused to look at him, on the morning that they made him redundant.
Since I hit 50 last week, it was time for a little continuity edit.

I'm late to #PortfolioDay!

I'm Nat, or Newt, and I draw the comics and do the drawings.

I'm looking for cover work currently and am always available for commission!
