Source: The Dolphins and GM Chris Grier have agreed to mutually part ways. Grier had been with the organization since 2000 and Miamiโ€™s GM since 2016.

There are no other staffing changes in the building at this time.

So The Menace spent his first night outside. I kept waking up to look for him but there was no sign. I was getting worried but when making coffee at 515a he just strolled in with a look on his face that said. "Dude I got stories".
